This product feeds me like nothing else. The ginseng is grounding; the ashwaganda softens it. I’m a Wisconsin girl who was unable to find raw local ginseng root in small quantities the last time I was in the state, but I saw this in Willy St Coop. Wisconsin ‘seng is a rare, underappreciated gift.
As a night shift worker I wanted to try sth else than coffee to charge my batteries:)
