I first used this wild yam cream on my knee after taking a hard fall. It had been two weeks and my knee was still swollen and painful. Once I started using this cream, it began feeling better the next day. My knee continued to heal until it was all better. Then I began using this cream on my face at night. It is extremely emollient without being greasy and smells good. My face usually breaks out when I try a new cream, but instead of a breakout, my face was much more clear the next morning.
