Hand-selected herbs (back to the selection of seeds- many that we collect on site) are picked at their optimal readiness and processed in small amounts.  We pay careful attention to the timing of harvests as well, such as matching them with the moon cycles and zodiacal influence, making the herbs the most powerful, harvested when the highest concentration of beneficial compounds is present. They are then carefully stored for use until the next season.
