Motherwort Tincture - 1 oz
Motherwort is one of those wonderfully old-fashioned herbs with a name that tells a story. In old herbal lore, she was sometimes called Maiden, Mother, and Crow—names said to reflect the different seasons of a woman’s life. Maiden speaks to youth and beginnings, Mother to the years of nurturing and tending, and Crow to the later years, when wisdom, experience, and a little wildness have been gathered along the way.
Her botanical name, Leonurus, means “lion’s tail”—a fitting name for such a distinctive plant. Our Motherwort Tincture infuses the leaves and flowering tops of this herb, along with motherwort flower essence.
Ingredients: Motherwort flowering tops and foliage* (Leonurus cardiaca) in brandy and water, motherwort flower essence. Extracted 1:2. *Organic
Suggested Use: Take 1-2 dropperfuls or as needed.
Not recommended if pregnant or breastfeeding.
